Our client is one of the fastest growing lighting and electrical wholesalers in the country. Based in Victoria, with showrooms in Moorabbin, Altona and now in Queensland.
Our client has been serving Australia since 1996 but in the last few years has reinvented itself into an innovative business. Dedicated to designing, manufacturing and importing the best quality LED and electrical products, they can then provide them at the lowest price to Trade

About the Role
You will be working within a high performing, fast paced, energetic team environment where success is rewarded.
The majority of customers are Trade (Electricians) and the role itself is to lead a team of office based Sales Executives (phone and showroom) across showrooms in Victoria (Moorabbin and Altona).
Your time will also be spent driving sales performance across both sites through effective leadership and coaching. Your previous experience in leading high performing sales team in a contact centre or retail environment will set you up for success in this role.
There is role is also supported by Store Managers in each sites where they will take on responsibilities around operational tasks within a store, allowing you the focus on driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of Sales Executives
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan
  • Drive continuous growth from existing customers and new customers
  • Coach, mentor and develop Sales Executives to improve performance

About You

  • A track record of Sales Management Success.
  • Entrepreneurial and highly professional at achieving & surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent communicator who is assertive, professional and dynamic.
  • A born leader, able to build staff loyalty, with the ability to adjust style and approach to maximise team and individual performance.
  • Excels under pressure, handling conflicting demands and schedule work load appropriately
  • Be meticulously organised with the ability of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Have an honest, respectful and diligent approach to work with a strong sense of integrity
  • Adept at maximising customer satisfaction, retention & loyalty.
  • Ensure sales process is followed thereby maximising all sales opportunities
