They manufacture an extensive range of domestic and commercial pumps and supply to commercial, trade and industrial sectors through all plumbing stores in Australia. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, an opportunity exists for a strong commercial sales professional with account management skills to manage and grow a product portfolio of largely back of wall plumbing products. Responsible for revenue of specific channels to market including commercial builders, designers, contractors and hydraulic engineers. This position will offer great diversity from negotiating pricing with purchasing, promoting sales campaigns with merchant floor staff and driving specification on major projects. In addition, you will work closely with your own sales team to educate and motivate on products, pricing and marketing incentives. As a premium market supplier you will partner with your key customers providing value added solutions and technical assistance where necessary.


  • A strong business development background working in the bathroom / plumbing / drainage or other interior products in the building materials space.
  • A proven track record in managing relationships with customers, in particular builders, designers, contractors and hydraulic engineers
  • Knowledge of Bunnings would be an added bonus
  • The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to research the market and participate in cold calling to expand the existing customer base and have existing relationships within the mining industry which is a high growth segment for the company,
  • The autonomy to deliver results in a fast paced and growing business
  • The desire to work with a market leader and sell a premium product
  • Computers literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Happy to cover the Western half of Melbourne Metro
