Reporting to the Project Manager your daily duties will include -
Site Management and interpreting the drawings
Daily toolbox talks and inspections
Daily and weekly planning , enforcing the programme
Chairing Client and Architect meeting
Managing of in-house teams and numerous sub contractors
Site administration including site diary.
Solving of technical issues and managing waste
Managing health and safety
Extensive experience managing the finishing and fitout process.
Proven management experience overseeing subcontractors.
Decisive decision making capability
A quick thinking problem solver
