Specialising in providing automotive finance, this is a business that provides solutions for customers allowing them access to high end cars with ease.

Your new position

Reporting directly to a team leader, this is an exciting role which will afford the successful candidate lots of variety along with playing an integral part of the business ensuring the smooth daily operations of the back office along with an expectation to provide six star customer service. Daily, you'll be tasked with the following:

  • Reviewing and gathering application details and required documents for Credit submission.
  • Analyzing the information provided by the borrower and broker such as income, assets and their credit worthiness.
  • Performing full review of new file for completeness and accuracy.
  • Doing credit checks and serviceability calculations to assess borrower's capacity to serve the loan.
  • Keeping clients informed at every stage of the settlement process and be the contact person for any needs.
  • Assisting Credit Analysts with assessing and approving new finance applications under credit policies.
  • Providing sales/administrative support to the team

What you'll need to bring

With a natural flair for customer service along experience in any form of settlements, our client is looking for a candidate that can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Several years' administrative experience within a compliance or settlements capacity, preferably in retail financial services or banking.
  • Automotive finance industry experience would be highly regarded
  • Highly polished written and verbal communication skills
  • Finely tuned problem solving capability ensuring that the client is always put first
