Position:

The role is an essential function within the business. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Oversee all assigned site projects to ensure timeframes, budgets, quality & service levels are met.
  • Ensure timeframes sent by Operations are met on contract jobs
  • Perform site works as part of the installation team.
  • Be responsible for all tools & equipment in your vehicle to ensure all present & in good working order.
  • Complete monthly stock take & vehicle report and submit to Operations manager.
  • Be responsible for the company vehicle in your care including cleaning, regular weekly checks on water/oil/tyres and requesting maintenance & servicing.
  • Ensure a timesheet is present at all your shifts, all staff sign and off, ensure client signs off timesheet for hourly rate works at completion of the shift.
  • Submit timesheets to head office within 24hrs of job completion, noting items such as staff reliability & performance, incidents, client feedback etc.
  • Monthly site meeting with Operations Manager to discuss staffing levels & quality, upcoming jobs, completed job feedback/issues, tools & equipment etc.
  • Assist with training of new & existing staff/supervisors in OH&S, build methods, customer service & company procedures.
  • Ensure all OH&S standards & procedures are adhered to onsite.

Candidate:

The successful candidate will have 3+ years exhibition, custom design and installing experience. A self-motivated individual with a hands on approach and good spatial awareness would be well suited. Previous experience working in the events and exhibition industry is essential. You will need to work effectively within a team as well as autonomously to drive production.

$65k-$75k Base + Super
