The role

  • Senior Manager - Customer Experience & Field Service
  • Lead the service organisation across ANZ across all business units
  • Lead a team of 20, including mid-level management and technical service team
  • Sydney based - Macquarie Park offices
  • Reporting in to the Director
  • Drive business growth through service KPI's
  • Achieve service P&L targets
  • Implement change and business improvement solutions
  • Drive effective, efficient service operations

  • P&L experience - must have
