Position

As a Sales Support and Office Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work with a professional team in a busy and stimulating environment. The ideal candidate will have well developed office administration skills and be able to maintain close working relationships with clients to ensure that orders are processed and delivery occurs within clients' deadlines. The duties include:

  • Communicating confidently and effectively with new and established client base
  • Sourcing of products according to the clients requirements
  • Preparing quotations for goods and services, orders, delivery and invoice management in response to clients 'requests.
  • Ensuring that all office records in relation to purchases, delivery, invoicing and payment are maintained and up to date.
  • Providing assistance to Sales staff for the preparation, compilation, presentation and delivery of tender responses.
  • Undertake general office support and administration duties on request.

Candidate

  • Strong customer service orientation and dedication in achieving results
  • Proven record of performance in a fast paced sales & office administration role
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a commercial furniture company (ideal)
  • Excellent written communication skills along with attention to detail
  • Team player, well presented, highly professional, organised


Package

  • Base of $60k - $70k upon experience
  • Commission Structure
