A fantastic opportunity exists to join our team, an Australian owned and operated family business with a simple philosophy - "Service is our Business". We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic and passionate Sales Representative to join our team through period of change and growth.
We are located in Sydney in a brand new purpose built facility.

We are seeking applicants with strong business development skills, a keen eye for improvement and have a strong desire to achieve and advance with the business. The incumbent must possess strong relationship management skills and a flexible personable approach.

A key objective of this role is to obtain new clients for the organization, through active cold calling, lead generation and relationship building.
The position is fully equipped with company vehicle, tablet, printer and mobile phone so the sales reps can perform their role independently from "on the road". Provision for a car allowance will also be considered.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generate new business through cold calling and lead generation
  • Pricing negotiation and quote generation
  • Maximising basket of goods for each client
  • Drive sales and service levels through buddy system with account managers and drivers
  • Marketing and upselling new and promotional items
  • Executing sales results within target market and product segments
  • Provide accurate and meaningful market data
  • Submit accurate reporting
  • Executing an efficient call schedule, whilst meeting minimum call requirements
