The role of State Sales Manager has become available due to internal promotion, This role will see you take over a team of high performing sales professionals which are based both locally and throughout QLD, Your focus will be to contribute to the ongoing grow and expansion of the business while also developing and refining the current business procedures.
A negotiated salary will be offered to the successful candidate which will be based on experience, as a guide $120,000 plus vehicle, super, personal commissions, team performance commissions and bonus'.
The ideal candidate for this position will be coming from a sales management role within capital equipment such as CE, Material Handling, EWP, Equipment Hire etc. The business are also open to looking at candidates coming from less senior positions who bare the skills to take the next step.
