Your new role Reporting to the team leader, this telephone based role will require successful candidates to sell trading solutions to a loyal client base as well the following:Ensure quality service levels as well as retaining clients that may have ceased investing and encourage them to begin trading again.Provide general advice on investments and financial marketsManagement of active clients and guiding them through the investment processUpkeep of the CRM system ensuring all client information is tracked and logged to ensure every sales opportunity is covered.Educate clients around the benefits of trading and ensuring all sales opportunities are met What you'll need to bring:Ideally two years telesales experienceA background in client management/retention is preferred but not essential Polished verbal and written communication skillsStrong business development acumenWhat you'll get in returnBase salary to $48,000SuperannuationTraining & DevelopmentRG146 Qualification Paid forCommission (OTE 100k!)
