We have partnered with one of our favourite clients, that we have been supporting in its growth from inception in London five years ago. Now with over 400 staff, they are continuing to take over the world, one successful client at a time!

They recently won a major 2/3 year engagement with an international bank in Singapore. They require a Project Manager to assist in the delivery of an end to end implementation of a 3rd party software, which has a focus around risk and compliance. So knowledge of KYC, AML, FATCA etc are all desirable, but the full client lifecycle and 3rd party software implementation is essential. If you are familiar or certified in Agile and Prince II and you tick all the boxes, and would be able to consider a stint in Singapore, then you should be contacting us ASAP.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects within a global
environment. You will be required to manage and co-ordinate the end-to-end project
activities from initiation to implementation including project set-up, kick-off, requirements
analysis, solution design, build, test, production implementation, post implementation review, issue resolution, status reporting and lessons learned. You work on multiple projects while leading and co-coordinating cross-organisational teams responsible for the overall delivery of an assigned project.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Excellent communication skills is essential, as this is a global project with lots of internal and external stakeholders, your stakeholder management skills must be second to none
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing IT projects and working on the vendor side
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with enterprise software implementation projects
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with Agile Methodology
  • Significant business experience using various project and program management methodologies in a variety of environments
  • Experience of software development processes
  • Regulatory experience and proven knowledge of the financial services industry would be an advantage
