Project Logistics Manager

Working with a Global Hospitality Furniture company who produce stunning pieces for the world's finest Hotels.

This role is based out of our Global Operations Centre. Our department is known as "The Bureau" for short.

You'll be working with a very progressive, innovative company - we design and manufacture operating equipment for the global hospitality industry.

With a young and funky staff who are sassy and ambitious we are definitely seeking a great culture fit. The candidate will need to have the following attributes.

  • 2+ years relevant experience in project coordination, contracts administration, sales support or similar;
  • Agility, adaptability and problem solving skills required in a dynamic working environment;
  • Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative and professionalism;
  • Strong computer literacy;
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail;
  • Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards customer engagement and daily processes;
  • A team player who can work with a diverse range of individuals;
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, logistics and/or Salesforce a plus.

This is a high attention to detail role and we need someone who is quite personable and responsive, as their work will be rather intricate and dynamic, supporting and driving the Global Sales Team. As the role is quite unique, they will be fully trained so best if they're a fast learner and looking for a long term career to grow with us!
