This is an extremely exciting time to join the business, this role has become available due to the ongoing growth of the organisation. This position will see you take over an existing territory throughout the Greater Brisbane region, your focus will be to contribute to the ongoing growth of the territory while also creating new opportunities with residential project builders. You will work in a completely autonomous capacity and manage your own territory therefore it's imperative that you're self-sufficient and have experience in creating, developing and executing a sales plan. You will report directly to the National Sales Manager and work in a collaborative capacity. The successful candidate will be offered a salary based on experience however $80,000 + Bonus + Car + Super has been discussed as a starting point.
The ideal candidate for this role will be coming from a building products background and will have existing relationships with builders throughout SEQ. The business aren't necessarily concerned which particular products the candidate has experience with however the broader the knowledge, the more desirable the candidate will be; Products such as Windows and Doors, Facades, Flooring and Frames & Truss' would all be great. The individual who is successful wil lalso have a strong desire to progress throughout the organisation and not only take this role by the horns but as opportunties arise, will put their hands up also.
