An opportunity exists for a mid or senior level 360 Recruitment Consultant to join the team, help educate the market and help clients find the right staff for their business. You will need to have a consultative approach and be able to hunt down new business opportunities. You will need excellent communication skills and a can do attitude to succeed. In this role you will need business development skills as well as account management experience.. A generous commission structure is in place in order to ensure high earning possibilities!

The right candidate for this role would ideally come from a 360* recruitment background with 2-5 years' experience or would be someone who has experience in telesales. You will have a fun, bubbly, positive nature who is not afraid of being told NO, confortable working in a fast paced environment. I would also be interested in speaking to account managers


  • Negotiable base salary ($65-85k depending on experience) with regular increases for big quarters
