Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly experienced Personal Assistant to support the Executive Management at a well known developer builder in Melbourne's South East.

About the role

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will have exceptional organisational skills and be able to exercise a high level of personal judgement in dealing with a range of confidential and sensitive issues. You will take an active role in managing, prioritising and maintaining personal diary, correspondence and events.
If you are an excellent communicator with a proactive nature and are flexible and resilient in your approach, then this is a role you will thrive in.

Experience required

  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of executive support at a senior level
  • Demonstrated track record of maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders (internally and externally) at all levels of an organisation
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in addition to the ability to manage confidential matters with discretion
  • Previous experience in supporting Boards and Committees including the preparation of agendas, board papers and meeting minutes
  • A consistent track record of delivering high quality work and being accountable for the successful completion of tasks within realistic timeframes
