Primary Duties

  • Manage the daily operational side of the business and run a strong, financially viable operation
  • Achieve targets for service delivery and customer satisfaction ratings
  • Lead, manage and support a team of employees from diverse backgrounds
  • Identify and source potential customers via leads and or developed existing networks
  • Develop new and maintain existing relationships with customers to ensure successful delivery of their requirements and contract specifications.
  • Manage relationship with suppliers, contractors and other relevant services
  • Collaborate with your peers across the wider business to ensure best practice outcomes

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Have an understanding of the Commercial Cleaning industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work as part of the team.
  • Excellent data entry, numeracy and keyboarding skills.
  • Intermediate computer experience in Microsoft Office and software applications.
  • Exceptional Customer service, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Effective time management with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and administration skills.
  • Prepare and submit quotes/tenders on medium to large pieces of work across State and Local Govt, NFP Commercial and Retail industries
  • Oversee systems and resources in place for accurate record keeping of personnel and business information, including preparation and submission of monthly reports to the manager
  • Monitor all aspects of site OHS in conjunction with WHS manager
  • Drive team meetings to ensure best practice outcomes are achieved and relevant support and trainings are offered to team members
  • Ensure compliance with standards, codes of practices, regulations and legislation
  • Identify, evaluate and implement strategies for continuous improvement
  • Must be able to manage workload within a fast paced and on occasions, pressured work environment.
