Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing operational requirements through the development, implementation and improvement of processes and efficiencies. This role will span across the management and improvement of areas such as labour scheduling, project reviews, QHSE, and people. You are a proven Operations Manager who is detail oriented, resilient and a team player. Key Responsibilities:Manage and improve business efficiencies to enhance service delivery, budget effectives, and improved client outcomesOversee workshop operations and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure that labour and materials are being scheduled and procured in accordance with best practice procedures.Maintain the Ostendo ERP systemPrepare and present at monthly staff communication meetingsMeet QHSE audit targets through the successful creation and implantation of operational plansPlan and prepare documentation to be sued for end of month invoicing and complianceReview training requirements for staff and assist in developing individual performance plans Skills, Knowledge and Experience:Proven experience in similar role where you have demonstrated achievements in creating and implementing processes and procedures that improve business efficiencyA background in Engineering (Electrical, Manufacturing) or Electrical Trade while not essential would be is highly regardedExperience in change managementA resilient nature, proactive attitude and pragmatic approachDemonstrated drive to success with the ability to motivate and inspireTertiary studies in business, business development or operations would be highly desirableExperience creating staff development plans is advantageousExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor your message to your audienceAbility to stay focused, worked across multiple tasks and show strong attention to detail Benefits:Work within a solid performing company in an ever-expanding marketAdelaide location with an immediate startAttractive package with performance incentivesProgressive employee culture Interested?
