What you will be doing from day 1...

  • Manage a team of 8 Account Managers Nationally
  • Prepare a strong strategic approach to sales and implement plan
  • Develop the sales teams that can effectively sell at any level
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure projects are completed on time, as per client specifications
  • You will take a creative approach to your sell, and with the support of specialists in the National team, ensure an increase in revenue and innovation within the market.

What you will bring to the table...

  • Previous management experience is a must
  • You will have proven skills in training and developing sales staff
  • A background in creative, events or exhibitions is highly desirable
  • Previous experience selling through to the likes of Westfields, Councils, Governments etc
  • A commitment to hard-work, and career progression will get you in the door

$120k-$140k Base + Super + Commissions
