What's the role?
Newly created, the National Sales Manager role will be tasked with driving sales in a collaborative and strategic way.
With several managers in other states reporting into the position, the National Sales Manager will influence both direct reports and the broader staff group to consider how working together will see them become a viable and significant contributor to the international construction industry.
Who are you?
You will have proven success in increasing revenue, developing and retaining staff on a national level and you will have managed budgets that lead to revenue above $100 million annually.
Curious by nature, you will be well educated (not necessarily formally) and always strive to push your own boundaries.
Driven, engaging and self-assured, you will believe in your own capability, but you will know how to keep your own ego in check for the benefit of others. You will have an excellent reputation for honesty that your previous staff would be delighted to attest to.
Able to demonstrate significant financial growth in the businesses that you have worked for, it is desirable that you have a network in the commercial construction space.
