The Role In this newly created role you will pride yourself of exceeding client expectations by continually discovering opportunities to add value in helping customers see their capital investments thrive. How will you do it?Maintain and develop existing client portfolio, including distributorsCreate and implement sales strategies to drive new business growthPrepare and present proposals and quotationsManage the sales cycle from lead through to negotiation and beyondNurture key local and international supplier relationshipsActively engage key internal stakeholders and other areas of the business What will you bring?A passion for and understanding of the Food Processing industry, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior sales role.Meat and Poultry experience is advantageous, but not essentialThe ability to engage, influence and negotiate across all levels of the sectorA proven ability to develop business and grow a client baseStrong attention to detail with excellent time management skillsA can-do attitude with a hunger and natural drive for success What's in it for you?$110K - $120K base + car + super + bonus, negotiable.A genuinely supportive leadership team and energetic culture.The chance to work for a market leader enjoying a major growth phase.
