The Company:

Our partner are a leading global manufacturer of high quality interior products for commercial & industrial applications and projects. Over the years the company has expanded and established itself across Australia and today the organisation offers a fantastic brand and reputation, and has the support and resources to assist anybody working within the business. At present, our client requires an ambitious, enthusiastic and dedicated National Account Manager specifically for their Bunning's account

The Position:

To achieve sales and profit budgets for the Bunnings network, develop and implement training material for Bunnings team members and to develop and coach the 'Bunnings VIS Planned Call' process throughout the sales team.

As National Manager, some of your key business objectives include:

  • Maintain and build the VIC Bunnings stores under your ownership
  • Develop, coach and follow the agreed structured call plan on every Bunnings store during every visit
  • Maintain an intimate knowledge of all competitors products within the Bunnings store network
  • Maintain an awareness of any new product trends becoming available in the traditional flooring retailers
  • Develop a travel plan (for coaching and troubleshooting) that includes approximately 6 trips per year to NSW & Queensland.
  • Ensure a co-ordinated effort with the respective Account Manager on all new and refurbished stores


To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Deep knowledge of Bunning's
  • Have sold a premium building product
  • A strong presenter
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Polished, presentable, strategic, ethical
  • Able to travel interstate several times a year
  • Ideally degree educated
  • Melbourne based



Package

  • upto $100,000 base
  • Superannuation
  • Fully Maintained Company Vehicle or $21,000 c/a
  • Comms - typically 15% of base
