The Role:

Our Client needs a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced sales professional who is able to find major national clients, build relationships and think outside of the box to find solutions. Reporting to the Executive General Manager and working closely with the State Leadership Team; you will be passionate, experienced and future market focused.


  • Engage prospective clients from appointments generated by you, and for you by state sales teams
  • Sign new business through self-generated leads using strong customer focus with professional and accurate proposals
  • Achieve uncapped commissions from sales paid quarterly
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business under contract
  • Continually source opportunities for business growth as an ambassador for our brand

About you:

  • A current and valid driver's license
  • Proven new major account business sales experience 2-5 years
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Even Stronger customer service and influencing skills
  • Using a Solutions focused selling through good analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Enjoys the art of selling a solution as well as the fun
  • Enjoys coming to work every day, working remotely and travelling as required
  • Makes every day at work matter
  • Enjoys a challenge and wants to be provided with coaching and mentoring to develop their career
  • Can work autonomously.
