Entering a new growth phase and due to two internal promotions we are looking for two Sales professionals to join the Modernisation team in Sydney. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will focus on developing new business opportunities and also expanding sales within an existing client network.
Responsibilities:

  • Build strong internal and external relationships for optimum customer experience
  • Proactively develop an understanding of client needs to make the most out of all opportunities to meet sales and pricing targets
  • Spend a good proportion of your time in the field hunting new opportunities
  • Perform administration tasks and update records in a timely and accurate manner
  • Estimating, tendering and quoting small and large project submissions and following up
  • Ensure the contents of the customer order received are in line with the company negotiation process, including terms and conditions, quality and safety
  • Achieve agreed individual KPI's


Skills and Experience:

  • Exceptional relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Previous industry experience is advantageous, however experience working within a technical company and/or construction or design would also be of interest.
  • A strong customer focus, with a passion of sales and a solid performance track record
  • You are mechanically minded with high level communication and negotiation skills
  • A Highly-driven individual, you will also be hungry for sales and team oriented
  • Good level of computer skills
