  • Support, promote and champion transformation and change initiatives within the Program to assist others to engage with the program

Key accountabilities:

  • Document business processes to internal standards and methodology.
  • Support and/or facilitate process design and playback sessions
  • Manage information in the program repositories to document management standards
  • Undertake analysis to measure future state process effectiveness
  • Undertake current and future state gap analysis, assess changes and impacts to ensure that transformation strategy and transition planning is fit for purpose

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in business process analysis and/or process redesign for business improvement changes within an operationally critical environment (Lean 6 Sigma and Visio exposure a bonus)
  • Experience developing high quality process documentation during major organisational reform
  • High level conceptual and analytical skills and the capacity to develop solutions for a range of multifaceted issues
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills including the ability to present to varying audiences

This is a great opportunity to work with some of the best consulting professionals, within an award winning business, that offers a Google like work environment.
