Job Description About the role My client is seeking a friendly, professional and passionate Receptionist to join their supportive and stable team environment. The ideal individual will have previous experience as a front of house receptionist, be well presented and assertive with every aspect of the role. Responsibilities As the face of the office, you will liaise with all internal and external stakeholders, assisting with general enquiries and providing quality administrative assistance to all the team as required. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; * Ensuring a friendly and welcoming initial contact for clients * Meeting clients and visitors and advising appropriate staff members and guiding to relevant meeting rooms * Attending to all needs and requirements for the front of office. * Manage and update all reception documents * Transferring calls and providing messages to the appropriate staff member * All administration tasks as requested * Maintaining a clean, professional client floor at all times * Set up of rooms for meetings/functions * Stationary ordering Skills / Experience * Experience as a Receptionist within the medical field desirable * Computer literate to advanced level including all MS Office Suites. * Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service * Discretion in relation to confidential information * Flexible approach to completion of work and excellent oral communication skills. * Excellent written and communication skills * Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. * Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement About the client Offering fantastic head office facilities based in Melbourne's Inner Suburbs this is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Receptionist to join a small and collaborative team within the Medical space.
