The Company

Our client is a medium-sized national business that specialise in lighting, with products that can be seen in many landmark government, rail and road projects across Australia, New Zealand & SE Asia. They have a fun culture, flexible working hours and working location, and industry leading management to support you in your role.

They are seeking an Internal Sales / Project Coordinator to join their existing and talented sales team based in their head office in Sydney's Western Suburbs.


    • Customer service skills
    • Lighting
    • Supporting Sales Rep in their sales efforts
    • Preparing Quotations
    • Able to read lighting tenders and specifications
    • Processing Sale Orders
    • Preparing Lighting Layout for customers
    • Managing projects
    • Liaising with our factory on projects and delivery schedules
    • Responding to customer enquiries
    • Meeting KPI
    • Strong work ethic and the ability to work with a team
    • Working closely with Project Designs Team
    • Intermediate skills in MS Office software ( Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Ability to build, maintain and establish relationships
    • Other reasonable duties as may be required
    • High level communication, problem solving, organizational and time management skills

Skills and Experience:

  • A proven sales project coordinator background
  • Strong organisational, planning and negotiating skills
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Experience or knowledge within the lighting industry would be ideal
