The Company
Our client is a family owned business for over 50 yuears. They are a dynamic market leader in the manufacture and wholesale of industrial and retail hardware products to a long-established customer base.
The Role
They are seeking a candidate to join their Customer Service team and receive comprehensive training on our product range and processes. You will be responsible for:
- Receiving and entering customer orders received via phone, fax and email
- Answering phone calls about product range, price and lead time
- Maintaining a friendly relationship with customers over the phone
The ideal candidate should have the following:
- Good data entry skills or phone sales experience
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Pleasant phone manner
- Experience within sales in the industrial would be advantageous but not essential
