Duties:In this position you will be responsible for the coordination transport documentation including data entry and production of client invoicing / reciept for company courier vehicles, external contractor pickup and delivery + various interstate palletised stock movements. Your day to day duties will focus on logistics, customs and transport documentation for all incoming stock. You will be working in closely with the inventory / warehouse management team to ensure client and delivery documentation are in order. Tasks:Supplier invoice management - documentationProcess Arrival Notice + Delivery Dockets to Warehouses once ETA confirmed.Liaise with external transport and courier providers.Confirmation of stock delivery and processing Customer invoicesManage and send out Customer Shipping Schedules weeklyProcess and manage ex stock deliveries to customer then invoiceMonthly Stock takes to maintain onsite and 3PL inventory.Check & validate any discrepancies in stock invoices.Be highly driven and motivatedHave proven transport shipping / logistics industry experienceImpeccable communication skills and the ability to liaise at varying levelsHave the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and effectively multitaskProven administration experience with intermediate computer skills (Excel,Myob)Ideally you will have a good understanding import / shipping documentation, AQIS, Customs / packing declarations.
