Our client is a Software as a Service company that has been growing consistently for the last 12 months. They are on the lookout for an executive sales leader to come on board to help them build out their sales strategy and set up a major channels to market. The business offers a range of unique offerings to medium-large businesses across Australia. Working with an exceptional team of individuals, the business offers mentorship and opportunities to learn from seasoned executives. Base out of awesome offices in the CBD, you won't find a better environment and team.


Forming part of the business leadership team, this role will lead the sales team for this growing business.

Your key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • You will build manage and motivate a sales team
  • You will be responsible for the go to market strategy for the business, ensuring all channels are looked after and the sales plan is executed
  • You will be constantly assessing new opportunities for the business and developing new strategies to adapt to the market
  • You will have a big focus on customer satisfaction and be delivery orientated


The role is suited to a hungry sales leader who has experience of building and motivating sales teams. You will have a mature and positive approach to sales leadership and be confident working in a SAAS business. You will have experience of managing large channel partners and setting up channel markets. You will be a senior executive with a number of years of experience in leadership roles. Ideally with a good sense of humour, you will thrive in a small yet very experienced team that all bands together to get stuff done.
