This startup has created a solution that is disrupting the 'On Demand Labour Market'. They give employers the ability to access an ever-growing database filled with job seekers within the relevant industry. Having received an 8 figure 2nd round of funding and with the major backing of the industries market leader, they are in a powerful position to treble growth (already grown from 2-50 staff in their first 2 years of operation). They have spent 6 years developing the Tech and will be a force to be reckoned with.

Through the SaaS platform, they are finding themselves partnering with an increasing number of businesses which is taking the company to the next level. Due to the expansive growth, they have seen over recent times, they are now looking to expand their team. It's a very exciting time for this company.


The role itself is a key function to this start up as your will be responsible for managing and growing the sales team as well as looking after the major accounts within the business. You will need to implement sales strategies and targets to get the best out of your team spread across ANZ. When dealing with the major accounts you will typically be dealing with head of departments and will need to tailor solutions that provide the best possible service to your client.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a previous success within a sales role, ideally from a SaaS/Software background and/or human capital. Having had experience dealing with medium term sales cycles is essential as is having some sort of sales management experience. Coming from a start-up environment is preferred however my client will look at someone who is a forward thinker and has the ability to think outside the box, or people who have built strong Channel Partnerships with HR across different enterprise verticals.

$130k-$150k Base + Super + Commissions - $240k-$260k OTE
