  • $130k - $160k base + more
  • Utilise youre Commercial Project Management experience to help grow this company

Our client is a growing and expanding and looking for an outstanding leader to join our friendly team. Property Development and Construction Company with over 10 years' of operational experience in VIC and NSW. They are focused highly on customer satisfaction and staff development and happiness. You will be responsible for:

The role is based in the head office in Melbourne CBD and you will be reporting to the CEO while working collaboratively with other Project Managers and managing a team of skilled Site Supervisors, Construction Administrators and Business Administrators.

  • Undertaking development feasibility studies
  • Manage our townhouse developments
  • Ensure business KPI's are met
  • Lead your team, ensuring processes are followed
  • Oversee budget, time-frames,quality on projects to ensure exceptional client satisfaction
  • Be a visionary and mentor for your construction team
  • Take the initiative by exploring new opportunities and managing the tender submission process
  • Foster a culture of energy, drive and enthusiasm to meet corporate goals
  • Solve staff, business and customer issues when they occur
  • Empower team members to continuously improve
  • Expand and develop partnerships with stakeholders
  • Review and streamline processes

The Successful candidate will have:

  • Possess a good understanding of the Residential Construction and the Commerical Industry
  • Be tertiary qualified in Project management or Construction Management or significant experience
  • Good analytical skills and superior communication
  • be influential and nurturing to create strategic business relationships
  • Excellent understanding of the Microsoft Suite
  • Goal orientated, results driven, flexible, astute leader who thinks outside the bo
  • You have proven leadership experience in managing a successful team as a Project Manager or General Manager in the Construction Industry.
