Your new role

Reporting to the Fleet Services Manager, this role will see you deliver top notch administration and customer service support across the full lifecycle of novated leasing contracts which will mainly include:

  • Setting up contracts in the fleet management system (Catch-e)
  • Transfer of mid-lease contracts
  • Issue customers insurance documentation in line with company policy
  • Ordering of fuel cards - new and replacement cards
  • Process and issue welcome letters to clients
  • Process customer reimbursement claims
  • Generate files for processing into the General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Monitor spending against budgets and prepare budget variation proposals and send to Consultants for customer approval

You'll need to bring with you

Already having experience in the industry and looking for a more mature and progressive working environment, the ideal candidate will further demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Administration/Customer service experience gained within the fleet management or salary packaging industry
  • A strong eye for detail and the ability to think outside the square and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS Office skills
  • Polished presentation and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous use of Catch-e (Fleet Management System)
