Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Facility Manager with a passion for Aged Care to lead by example & set the highest standard of clinical care.

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a high standard of care delivery and services to residents at all times
  • Ensuring that the facility is accredited and compliant at all times
  • Managing staff and rosters effectively within budget
  • Ensuring minimal staffing or industrial issues
  • Managing the facility to ensure it is operating efficiently and within agreed budget
  • Managing occupancy and ensuring this is maximised at a consistent level
  • Ensuring goods and services are provided consistently at a high standard

In order to be successful in this role you will have:

  • Has experience in similar role & registered Nurse, more than 2 years postgraduate experience and at least 1 of which in Residential Aged Care.
  • Previous accreditation experience
  • Current AHPRA Registration and Police checks
  • Good organisational skills and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of the Accreditation Standards.
  • Knowledge and working experience of ACFI
