Job Description

This Melbourne-based Events company are one of the most successful and experienced in the industry, and are currently looking for a talented and competent Events Coordinator to assist with the smooth organization and running of their key national events.

The Role

Reporting to the Group Show Director, you will have full responsibility for all the admin, coordination and on-site management of all Exhibitors, Event Sponsors and other stakeholders. Typical duties will include:

  • Extremely diverse role - no day is the same!
  • Admin support for the sales team
  • Reception duties
  • Managing sections of the company website
  • Corresponding with all Exhibitors, Sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring all documents and information is exchanged, understood, and recorded properly
  • Working to tight deadlines with high volumes of multi-tasking
  • Assisting on-site at large-scale public events

The Ideal Person

  • Highly desirable - Previous experience in an Events / Exhibitions coordination role
  • Also desirable - Previous experience in an admin, executive assistant, or personal assistant role
  • Extremely strong multi-tasking skills
  • High attention to detail
