About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and professional Senior Team Member to join a collaborative and creative team. You will deliver premium corporate and private events, design and execute high end weddings as well as working with Melbourne's top level style and design companies!


* Managing the full life cycle and delivery of events
* Creating bespoke and prestige events for private and corporate clientele
* Managing sales budgets and maximising revenue
* Maintain key account and grow client base
* Being one step ahead and ensuring senior management teams are well updated with tasks
* Managing expectations and daily work flow

Skills and Experience

* Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Senior Team Member/ Event Manager
* Excellent understanding of of the current dining market and client experiences
* Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead within fast moving environments
* Catering experience preferred
* Ability to build exceptional rapport with clients
* A proven track record in Event Sales and Event Production
* Strong design background and putting together design concepts
* Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
* Advanced Microsoft Office suite knowledge and Event Software
* Excellent time management skills
* Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
The right candidate will need a valid Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle.
