The Opportunity:

  • This role will see a hands on Divisional Manager looking for the next step in their career to work with and manage a small but experienced team!
  • You will be responsible for growing the existing team and therefore providing direction for our Notting Hill branch of the business
  • You can be truly creative in the way in which you build and mentor your team - We will make sure you have all the tools you need!
  • The chance to run your business and team autonomously, responsibly; but also making good use of a full business-support team and business development team to help you with leads/acquisition. Therefore no cold calling necessary
  • As you grow your team your role will become more management focused and less hands on recruitment


  • It is essential that you have Recruitment Management experience yet still remain hands on in your own recruitment activity
  • Prior experience in placing Sales, Marketing or Executive professionals would be excellent but not essential
  • You buzz off the recruitment process - speaking to candidates, meeting with your clients to maintain a relationship, looking for new ways to source talent.
  • You will be confident in your approach; self-motivated and willing to be an integral part of a growing company
  • As standard, you will have a vibrant personality and a strong sense of humour!
