You will be responsible for managing a fully functioning and high performing sales team who are really performing fantastically at the moment. You will be Looking after the telesales team, the corporate and sponsorship teams as well as having a key influence in our tradeshows and corporate events. As a Sales leader your main function will be to motivate and inspire the team and challenging them to break new boundaries and records for the business.
You will have an extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry and have a great passion for understanding of the local area. You will have strong experience of leading teams and get the best out of people. You will enjoy building relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service.
