Growth in Queensland has been impressive and as such this passionate and high energy team are seeking a dedicated sales professional to further develop the projects and architectural sales team.RoleDeveloping and maintaining a close rapport with a broad client base across the building & design industry.Manage a key client base as well as building rapport with additional prospects within the high rise residential, boutique home builder and medium density market.To build and strengthen relationships with existing specifying contacts to further develop confidence and secure future specificationsTo manage input to the Customer Relationship and Project Tracking Systems ensuring that information and data is up-to-date and relevant.Report to the QLD Sales Manager on sales forecasts, achievement of sales budget, key client activity, business wins/losses.
