Our client is a leading provider of international study tours offering a niche product tailored to the secondary school market.
They are looking to fill the role of a multi-talented Team Leader Customer Service in its Sydney office. This is a great opportunity to grow with an innovative company that provides inspiring international study programs with prestigious organisations.


  • Proven advanced skills in MS Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Capacity to coach and mentor the young and relatively new team
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in our rapidly growing business
  • Strong administration skills
  • Great organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise and re-prioritise tasks as needs change

  • Exposure to back-end systems a plus
