They are expanding the business in Australia and are currently looking for new talented people to join the business. The Role

In this vital role for the company, you will be responsible for working with existing accounts and new business to ensure that they integrate with the platform and fully benefit from all that the suite of solutions has to offer. You will be a key point of contact working closely with internal teams and clients alike to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Work with existing and new accounts to ensure success and satisfaction
  • Business partner with internal teams - sales, marketing, technical
  • Be a SME for your customers

Your Background

You will have an extensive background in working with clients on large complex enterprise solutions. You will enjoy building long lasting relationships with your customers and strive to become an SME for all the technology solutions on offer.

  • 3+ years account management experience
  • Experience with SaaS platforms
  • An extremely organised person with superb communication skills.
