Your new role

Reporting to the team leader, this fast paced, hands on and business critical role will see you operate across the entire country ensuring a first class client experience.

Day to day your you'll be involved in the following:

  • Delivering up to date information regarding purchases to your allocated customer base
  • Act as a key point of contact for all internal sales staff to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Manage difficult customers and complex problems with a high degree of diplomacy and sensitivity
  • Prepare client responses to any outstanding matters in relation to their purchases

What you need to bring

Buzzing with enthusiasm and a passion for all things customer service, we are looking to identify a candidate who can demonstrate the following experience:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience within a corporate environment (Banking/Finance Preferred)
  • Fluent language skills in both written and verbal Mandarin and English
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and juggle a demanding client base with ease
  • Polished presentation skills
  • Have a high level of resilience, can work quickly and accurately and high volume in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
  • Solid administration skills coupled with intermediate/advanced Microsoft office skills
