Your new role

  • Overseeing your team of client service and administration staff towards the delivery sales support and client satisfaction
  • Top level escalation point, ensuring that all customer issues are being addressed and resolved in a timely manner
  • Working collaborating with the Sales Manager to ensure the end to end client journey is seamless and positive
  • Identification and implementation of service delivery and process enhancements driving improvement and efficiency across the business
  • Staff management including performance, developing and mentoring and recruitment

What you'll need to succeed

  • Considerable experience in Customer Service Management role
  • Previous experience managing in a fast paced environment.
  • Adaptable and flexible to work in a dynamic environment and comfortable with changing business needs.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing service improvements resulting in measurable customer satisfaction improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability in team leadership including managing, mentoring, training, and developing individuals to achieve their full potential
  • Experience with a CRM system
  • Mandarin Language skills are essential
