Reporting to the National Sales Manager, essentially your role is to train, lead and inspire a busy team of Internal Customer Service Reps / Account Managers (10 collectively in Vic, Tas, WA and NSW), driving growth through superior service delivery and best practice. We require someone who is emotionally intelligent and the ability to gel together a diverse and experienced team
