Our client is a global name in the world of high end commercial interiors that can be seen in many blue chip and prestigious office environments across numerous countries. Currently, our client is looking for front desk concierge based in from their landmark premises in the CBD, which are used for solo work, small meetings or large scale functions


There are no second chances at a first impression! Your role here is a really critical one; creating and maintaining relationships with key customers over the phone and when they come in to visit. Based on the front desk, you'll also have the opportunity roll up your sleeves to assist with administrative functions in the business.


  • Screening and transferring customer calls (it can be a juggle at times!)
  • Ensuring every customer who walks through the door feels welcome
  • Coordinating couriers, deliveries and mailroom duties
  • Planning and preparation of on-site and off-site meetings, functions and events
  • Managing the staff kitchen, ordering stationary and office supplies
  • Memberships
  • Management of office systems and processes
  • Anything and everything related to administration!


  • A front desk / concierge background
  • A background in hospitality
  • Strong organisational, planning and multi-tasking skills
  • Personaility is key! Fun, friendly and fabulous!
  • Available to both interview and potentially start next week (ideally)
