Job Description

My client is quickly being recognized as a company that mean business in commercial fit outs and refurbishment. They are a multi-skilled commercial fit out company focusing on a broad range of sectors, including commercial, government, retail, education, new construction, interiors and refurbishment. Through continued success my client is looking to appoint a strong CA to strengthen their team working on projects up to $10M. This role offers superb scope for progression.


  • Administration of subcontractor contracts
  • Tender and award of subcontractor packages
  • Monitoring subcontractors to ensure they are undertaking works in accordance with contractual obligations
  • Reviewing, assessing and certifying payment claims
  • Council, PCA and Authority liaison & coordination
  • Client & Superintendent liaison
  • Consultant tender, award and liaison
  • Preparation and submission of EOT's, RFI's


  • A stable career history within the construction industry
  • Strong construction contracts administration experience
  • Previous experience of commercial fit out projects is preferred but not essential
  • The ability to work to and meet deadlines
  • Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
