Job Description

A leading fit out design-construct company is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team.

Based in Sydney Eastern Suburbs, our specialties are construction, refurbishments and Fit-outs in the hospitality, commercial, and retail sectors. We work as head contractors, project managers and consultants.

About the role:

  • Preparing contract documents for execution
  • Administrating change control procedures
  • Issuing instructions such as variations and claims
  • Preparing and issuing construction progress reports
  • Coordinating and instructing site inspectors
  • Agreeing defects reporting procedures
  • Ensuring that project documentation is issued to the client

About you:

  • 3-8 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven Contract Administrator and estimating experience
  • Advanced across Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ideally have knowledge of Buildsoft, CostX or Cheops
  • Superior stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Must have experience in commercial fit out
