In this exciting and highly varied role, you will form vital part of the Commercial team, based in Parramatta, managing the contract from negotiation to final payment.


  • Negotiating contract terms on projects valued $30M to $250M+
  • Working closely with Commercial Sales team, Commercial Manager & Branch Manager
  • Complete management of the contract through the life of the project
  • Selection and engagement of subcontractors
  • Site inspection of completed works to approve payments for sub-contractors and for progress claims to client
  • Management of variations including investigation and resolution of disputes and ensuring compliance to internal documentation process at site level
  • Reconciliation and negotiation of accounts with non payment, late payments etc
  • Reporting to the Branch Manager & working with the Commercial Manager to develop improvement strategies

You are either a graduate with a construction or engineering discipline or have a background working in the construction industry, either from a supplier, contractor or head contractor. Previous Contract Administration experience will be ideal hwoever Administration, Finance / Accounts / Collections experience gained within construction will also be considered. Essential are strong verbal and written communication skills & an ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and tasks.
