Job Description With a large portfolio of existing sites and due to further expantion our client is requiring a construction manager to deliver on aportfolio focused within the retail and office space. This exciting new role role would suit someone that is clearly motivated and looking to fill a rare void in a business keen to keep moving further forward in their industry. You would need to be someone that has the ability to deliver multiple fit out projects concurrently and oversee a team of site managers and admin staff. To be suitable for this role you will have to fit the following criteria as a minimum: Minimum 10+ years delivery experience in a project management capacityRelevant tertiary qualifications in property and/or constructionExcellent communication skills both written and verbalDisplay a strong understanding of all risk and OH&S complianceExcellent client relationships skillsCommercial fit out experience with a BuilderOur client is one of the largest growing developer builders in the market.
