About your new role
Reporting directly to the Managing Partner who has an excellent reputation within the local community and among his clients, this role will see you perform the following:
- Direct client management including initial interviews, client conferences and correspondence
- Carriage of matters across a range of areas of law including but not limited to Conveyancing, Property Law, Commercial Law, Strata Law, Wills and Probates and Leasing.
- Management of personal administration and billings
- Ad-hoc practice management duties and overseeing a junior solicitor
What my client is looking for
The ideal candidate will have between 6 - 8 years post admission experience from another practice
You will also have:
- Excellent academics from a reputable university;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to liaise with legal and other professionals and clients as necessary;
- Client-orientated approach and commitment to developing strong client relationships; and
- An ability to mentor junior lawyers and sustain a supportive team dynamic.
