Then look no further, as one of my clients are currently seeking a Client Services Administrator to join this experienced team. You will be able to demonstrate solid administration skills across MS Office (2013 - Current) at an intermediate level, but more importantly show committment and passion for the customer and tenure and a proven track record, backed up with great references.You will be trained up on their internal system, and will be expected to deal with clients and customer querries coming in via email and phone. You will be supporting them to process payments, as well as deal with queries and technical support, offering guidance towards resolution. The position would suit someone immediately available to interview and start. This is a great opportunity for someone with exemplery communication skills, who is willing to go the extra mile for their team and customers.You will be joining a team of 3 others in the Services Administration and Support team, and would be expected to dress professionally and act accordingly.
